Dec. 3, 2021 - RHI Magnesita has agreed €400 million of new debt financing comprising a €250 million Schuldschein and a €150 million Bilateral Facility. The new financing has attractive rates of interest, reflecting high demand from lenders and Schuldschein investors. A new €150 million Bilateral Facility with ING has also been agreed. In addition, we exercised the second of three extension options on our €600 million Syndicated RCF.

Raising new facilities and extending our debt maturity profile provides RHI Magnesita with additional financial flexibility and liquidity as we execute our strategic initiatives and pursue acquisition opportunities, in line with our objective to grow in new markets. Consistent with our commitment to sustainability, the margin payable of all facilities are ESG-linked and will be adjusted based on our EcoVadis ESG rating performance where we are currently rated 'Gold'.”
